POSTSCRIPT: Two hours later, bathed in art and Nature, focused and intent, my grandson actually said, “Thank you,” for spending quiet art time together.

  1. Bless you for your concerns about your grandson. He, like many other impressionable young people, are exposed to today’s increasingly advancing technological developments in computers, cell phones, VR goggles, etc. etc.
You, like many others, are deeply concerned about their loved ones becoming so dependent on technology to escape their reality, for whatever reason.
The danger is in the technology causing them to become completely dependent upon it…a way escape from reality…a way to not openly share their thoughts and feelings with another human that could help them express their feelings.
The danger is from becoming increasingly removed from the healing that can take place through direct communication with family and friends. By deciding to remove their VR goggles they can physically venture out into our natural world to view, smell, listen and touch it’s essence and healing presence.
It’s all there waiting for us all.
